Domain Name Services
We provide a range of domain name services including DNS hosting, email routing and web hosting. Currently these are all on request services either by email, letter or fax. Once confirmed, these updates will be done within 1 working day. DNS updates can take a further 24 hours to flush through.
Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of service, to the
best of our ability. Should you wish to make a complaint, however, please
put it in writing on headed paper and address to The WebMaster. We will
then acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible (usually within 3 days) and
assign a senior member of staff to investigate it. They will respond to
your complaint within 15 working days. If your investigation is of a
complex nature, you will be informed of this within the 15 days and revise our
response time. |
